Primrose's turmeric & banana granola
For Primrose, balance in health comes from incorporating more fresh fruit and vegetables in our diet. Bananas are a popular breakfast fruit, but usually we find it in pre-dried flakes in products. She has used over ripe (therefore highly digestible) rescued bananas, pre-soaked oats and pre-sprouted buckwheat for a granola that is filling without bloating. It is only sweetened with fruit and slowly air dried for maximum goodness.
Gluten free oats, banana, sprouted buckwheat, date syrup, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, coconut oil, chia seeds, flaxseeds, ginger, salt & turmeric.
Contains nuts & sesame.
Primrose’s Kitchen mueslis and granolas are prepared following artisanal methods in the Dorset countryside, in England. Primrose, the founder, studied naturopathic medicine and alternative health care and also holds a degree in homeopathy. Drawing on this knowledge, she creates complete, natural foods to nourish the body throughout the day.
“Since I live and work in Dorset’s gorgeous countryside, I feel particularly lucky to enjoy these natural spaces, a source of joy and inspiration for all of us.” Primrosez
With beneficial and thoughtful ingredients in each product, the line offers a simple, delicious way to eat better. Trendy diets are so prevalent these days, but it is important to take a step back and listen to what your body needs. Choose foods that make you happy and give you energy. Primrose’s Kitchen embraces the belief that our environment is merely a reflection of who we are.
To lower the impact of waste on the planet, Primrose’s Kitchen constantly looks for ways to evolve its packaging and make it entirely recyclable or compostable. All food waste is fed to Fern, a local pet pig, who couldn’t be happier about it!
Organic agriculture is sustainable agriculture. The company supports organic farmers to help promote this mode of operation so that it becomes more widespread, for everyone’s benefit. That is why all of Primrose’s Kitchen new products are organic.
