Little calissons individually flowpack

The calissons of Aix-en-Provence are made of candied melons, almonds and orange peels. Usually dress in a white icing, delicately and naturally flavored with vanilla. Their calisson of Aix were rewarded for their taste, flavor "Best specialty of France".

Candied melons (melons, sugar, glucose syrup, preservative: sulfur dioxide (E220)), additive: citric acid (E330), almonds, sugar, icing sugar, candied orange peels (orange peels, sugar, glucose syrup, additive: citric acid (E330)), wafer paper (potato starch, water), glucose syrup, egg white, natural vanilla flavour.

Contains almonds. This product may contain traces of nuts other than those listed above, gluten and sulfite traces. 

Based in Aix-en-Provence, France, Fruidoraix is a confectioner specializing in calissons, nougats and chocolates. Founded in 1880, the company has been passed on from mother to daughter for four generations.
