Our hearty mushroom purée contains black truffle and porcini pieces that melt in the mouth. The delicate truffle flavour reveals hints of garlic without masking the taste of the other mushroom varieties, all complemented by black olive notes.
Simply add our mushroom and truffle purée to a creamy pasta dish or a béchamel pizza to instantly create a sophisticated meal. This condiment is delicious as a burger topping or in scrambled eggs. It can also be served as a hors d'oeuvre, on crostini.
The De Laurentiis family owns an artisanal business in the Abruzzo mountain region. For two generations, it has been drawing on traditional ingredients and know-how to offer products with an authentically Italian taste. The family grows organic tomatoes, saffron and other seasonings on its own plots of land, and turns them into sauces and condiments thanks to a veritable regiment of cooks who busily tend the ovens.
