Our panettones benefit from a 36-hour natural rise and are prepared with fresh quality ingredients such as eggs, butter and natural yeast! Crafted in Sicily, “the citrus paradise,” these flavourful orange-scented desserts are the product of Italian artisan know-how!

Our delicious blood orange and dark chocolate panettone results from a marriage of superior techniques and Italian artisan know-how! The oranges are frozen just after they are harvested in order to preserve their organoleptic properties. The orange peels are chopped at the end of the slow candying process so they retain their essential oils and natural aroma. The chocolate is processed at low temperature to preserve the natural aroma and robust taste of cocoa beans. Sourced from certified growers, these beans are ground and roasted with no other added ingredients.

Artisan

Nino Marino and Vincenzo Longhitano were only 20 years old when they founded their confectionery business in the Sicilian town of Bronte. Fifteen years later, their sweets and spreads are still made by hand, with local ingredients such as a hazelnut variety from the Nebrodi Mountains, following traditional methods.
