For Centuries, chestnut flour has been the main crop and winter staple of the mountain dwellers in Liguria.Winner of 2 gold stars at the Great Taste Awards in London: Warming, hearty dishes made with this smoky, sweet SIGNORINE pasta  are delicious with game, wild mushroom or piquant cheese sauces. Bronze- extrduded and dried naturally at a low temperature, guarentees all the organoleptic properties of the ingredients are preserved as well as the authentic 'al dente' bite of real Italian pasta.

The Minaglia brothers have been making artisan pasta for over 30 years from their hometown of Montoggio, in the Appennine mountains near Genoa, Italy: An area of outstanding natural beauty in the Antola Natural Park.
