Located in northern Puglia, Teamum is a 160-hectare wine estate boasting an international reputation. For generations, they have been growing superior vines to make white and red wines, as well as olive trees to produce extra virgin olive oil. The name Teanum is derived from Teanum Apulum, an antique Roman city located where the estate is today. The oil production method stands out because of its pitting step: it is made exclusively from the flesh of Peranzzana olives, which is believed to increase its polyphenol and antioxidant content.
