Broccoli with lemon and almonds

Préparation - 15 minutes


Serves 4 to 6

  • 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) Goccia di Sole lemon olive oil
  • 25 g sliced toasted almonds
  • A pinch of Favuzzi Lemon & Salt
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon


  1. In a pot, bring to the boil a good amount of salted water. Blanch the broccoli for two minutes, then drain.
  2. Heat a wok or frying pan and combine all ingredients, ending with the blanched broccoli.
  3. Sauté for two minutes and serve immediately.
