Gelato with olive oil, fennel pollen and pistachios

Ingrédients

  •  A gelato quality vanilla
  • Crushed pistachios
  • A pinch of Favuzzi fennel pollen
  • Intense Favuzzi extra virgin olive oil

Préparation

  1. Serve gelato in bowls.
  2. Drizzle with Intense Favuzzi extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Add a pinch of fennel pollen and a small handful of crushed pistachios.
