Olive oil fries

Ingrédients

  • 2 to 3 medium potatoes
  • ½ cup Favuzzi extra-virgin olive oil

Préparation

Peel the potatoes and cut them into even-sized pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a pot and add the potatoes once the oil reaches 180℃.

Fry gently for about 20 minutes (15 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the fries).

A FEW BASIC RULES FOR ALL OILS:

  • Maintain frying temperature around 180℃
  • Dispose of any oil that has turned brown, has smoked or has a rancid smell
  • Throw out the oil after four uses
