  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana cut into pieces
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) of chia seeds
  • 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) Turmeric
  • 375 ml Gingo

Préparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor on maximum speed for about 60 seconds.
  2. Serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator for no more than 24 hours.
