Préparation - 15 minutes
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana cut into pieces
- 1 orange
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) of chia seeds
- 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) Turmeric
- 375 ml Gingo
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor on maximum speed for about 60 seconds.
- Serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator for no more than 24 hours.
