The story began after World War II when Saverio the patriarch, laid down the mill’s first brick, marking the founding of Olio Guglielmi. Today, the company runs a 160-hectare olive grove dedicated to producing exceptional extra-virgin oil.

You may have already come across this amazing “old philosopher” face, viewed over 15 million times on the internet. Puglia is home to this mysterious tree, many centuries old, that would not be out of place in a fantasy film. It even has a name: Ulivo pensante, “the thinking olive tree.” Its location is kept secret to ensure its safety!
