Your order will be subject to any taxes applicable in the province where the products are being shipped.
You will receive email notifications as the status of your order changes. You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you have questions about your order. Please have your order ID number on hand so we can assist you promptly.
It is possible to cancel your order at the latest 12 hours after it has been confirmed.
You can request a cancellation by phone by calling 1-888-815-1234 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm), or in writing by sending an email to email@example.com.
Be sure to provide your order ID number in your email or over the phone.
Once your order has been confirmed, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to change it; please review all details carefully before you place your order.
We are always sorry to hear an item you are looking for is unavailable. If you want to be notified when the item is back in stock, go to the product page and enter your email address in the field provided to that effect.
We can ship to all regions of Canada covered by Canada Post.
Orders are delivered by Canada Post. We also offer free pickup at the Favuzzi headquarters, located at 65 Port-Royal Street West, in Montreal (Quebec, Canada, H3L 2A7).
Our delivery times range from 1 to 7 business days.
In cold weather, products may freeze during transport. Upon arrival, allow them to thaw. The quality will not be altered.
When you place your order, you will have the option to get it delivered or to pick it up for free at the Favuzzi headquarters, located at 65 Port-Royal Street West, in Montreal (Quebec, Canada, H3L 2A7). Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified by email and will have 5 business days to come collect it (from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm).
If you are unable to pick up your order within the planned time frame, you will need to contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please write to us at email@example.com. We offer a refund guarantee and will be happy to refund you if your purchase does not meet your expectations.
* Please note the refund guarantee is valid up to 30 days after purchase. If the purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we can can issue an online credit.
** Please note shipping fees will not be included in the refund.

Privacy and security
We take your privacy very seriously. To protect your financial information, no banking details are shared with Favuzzi. We partner with the Stripe platform to validate banking details and to process payments on our behalf. A similar process occurs if you pay through PayPal: only the payment and a transaction number are shared; we receive no banking data.
We are headquartered at 65 Port-Royal Street West in Montreal (Quebec, Canada, H3L 2A7), but we have satellite offices and employees throughout the country.
Our product warehouses are located in Montreal, Mississauga and Calgary.
Our website, Favuzzi.com, lets your order your favourite products directly online, making them available and accessible to all. Some of our products may be sold at a different price in your local stores. We are unfortunately unable to issue credits or refunds in such cases.
