Pizza dough - Quick rise

Ingredients needed

  • 1 1/3 cups (325 ml) Favuzzi “00” flour
  • 1 ½  tsp (7 ml) salt 
  • ¾  tsp (4 ml) instant yeast
  • ¾ cup (170 ml) room-temperature water
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Favuzzi Moderate intensity extra-virgin olive oil

Steps of preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt and yeast.

  2. Add the water and oil, and mix until smoothly combined.

  3. Turn over on a floured work surface and knead the dough until it forms a smooth ball.

  4. Transfer to an oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Leave to rise in a warm place about 90 minutes or until the dough has doubled in volume.
