Pizza with truffle sauce, cherry tomatoes, aragula and prosciutto

240 ml Favuzzi truffle pizza sauce

Prosciutto, to taste

Handful of baby arugula

Whole cherry tomatoes

Moderate extra virgin olive oil Favuzzi or Glaze with balsamic vinegar of Modena Favuzzi

Parmesan cheese

Steps of preparation

Roll out the pizza dough to the desired thickness. Spread the truffle sauce evenly over the pizza dough to the outer edges of the dough. Add the prosciutto, baby arugula, cherry tomatoes and cheese. Bake at 180˚C (350˚F) for 10 to 15 minutes (baking time varies depending on oven). Before serving, drizzle Favuzzi Moderate-intensity extra virgin olive oil or Favuzzi glaze with balsamic vinegar of Modena to finish!   

Tips & Tricks: to obtain a nice texture and give the meal a more festive air, first sear the whole cherry tomatoes in a pan with a little olive oil and salt for a few minutes, then add them on top of the pizza before putting it in the oven.
