Truffle gnocchi with sage butter sauce (Burro e Salvia)

250g Favuzzi Truffle Potato Gnocchi

2 tbsp. butter

1/2 cup cream

A few sage leaves

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Favuzzi crushed lemon extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper

Steps of preparation

In a medium pan, sauté the gnocchi in the butter with the sage leaves until lightly browned. Add the cream and reduce until thickened. Add grated Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of Favuzzi lemon extra-virgin olive oil, then add salt and pepper to taste.
