For years, we've been working hand-in-hand with the Carrasco family to bring to light the Manzanilla Cacereña olive variety - one of Spain's most precious jewels.

This olive, grown with passion in the lands of Extremadura, gives rise to an olive oil of remarkable elegance, with subtle aromas of green apple, fresh almond and wild herbs. A pure marvel, made possible by the exceptional expertise of Miguel Carrasco, once again crowned best master oil-maker !
