Damine and Fior di nocciola  In the heart of Piedmont, biscuits are a tradition passed down through generations. This box brings together two specialties inspired by that heritage. Damine, created in Piedmont’s pastry shops in the early 1900s, recall a delicate shortbread-style biscuit with a chocolate center. Fior di Nocciola, rich in hazelnuts, offer indulgent notes of hazelnut and chocolate.  Two Italian classics, perfect to enjoy with an aromatic coffee or a fragrant cup of tea.

Damine : “00” wheat flour 46.8%, Butter 25%, Sugar, Eggs, Cocoa powder, Flavours, Salt. Filling 8%: Dark chocolate 62% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour).

Fior di Nocciola :  “0” wheat flour 27%, Butter, Toasted hazelnut flour 18%, Sugar, Toasted hazelnut pieces 5%, Eggs, Cocoa powder, Glucose - fructose syrup, Salt, Flavours.
