Arugula, apple, and walnut salad

Ingredients needed


Arugula (four good handfuls) 

4 firm red apples  

1 lemon

1 French shallot 

Walnuts (optional)  



1/2 jar Favuzzi Walnut pesto 

6 tbsp. Favuzzi Delicate olive oil 

3 tbsp. Favuzzi Sherry vinegar

Favuzzi Flower salt to taste

Steps of preparation

Chop the apples and soak them in water with lemon juice for a few moments to prevent browning, then add them to the arugula. Chop the shallot and walnuts and add them to the salad. In another bowl, prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the walnut pesto, olive oil, and Sherry vinegar, then toss with the salad. Add salt to taste and enjoy!
