• Favuzzi Delicate intensity extra virgin olive oil

• Butter

• Favuzzi Sea salt with fresh herbs

• 180 g Favuzzi Italian basil pesto

• Fresh basil

Steps of preparation

In a frying pan over medium heat, sauté the gnocchetti directly in the Favuzzi Delicate olive oil and butter without boiling them first, letting them brown slightly. Add the Favuzzi Basil Pesto and remove from the heat to mix well. Season to taste with lemon zest, a little Favuzzi Bologna Fresh Herbs, a pinch of Favuzzi Lemon & Salt and a few fresh basil leaves.
