Almond Baci & Hazelnut Baci

Baci di Dama (literally “lady's kisses”) from the Piedmont region are a must-have in Italian pastry-making. Their shape is reminiscent of two kissing lips, hence their romantic name. Both tender yet crunchy, they combine the richness of butter with a touch of chocolate. Perfect with espresso, tea or a glass of sweet wine. 

Almond Baci :“00” wheat flour 35%, Butter 25%, Sugar, Roasted almond flour 11%, Egg white, Flavours, Salt. Filling 9%: Dark chocolate 62% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour).

Hazelnut Baci :  “0” wheat flour, Butter 25%, Sugar, Toasted hazelnut flour 15%, Egg white, Flavours, Salt. Filling 10%: Dark chocolate 62% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour).
