Balsamic Rosemary Tofu

Ingredients needed

  • 3 tbsp Favuzzi Essential organic balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbsp Favuzzi Intense olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced in half
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • 1 package firm tofu, sliced
  • Favuzzi Fleur de sel

Steps of preparation

  1. Combine the vinegar, the oil, the garlic and the rosemary in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the tofu and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Transfer the tofu to the baking sheet, add a drizzle of olive oil and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool 2 minutes before serving.
  6. This balsamic tofu is just as good the next day (in a salad, for instance).
