Ingredients needed
- 2 tbsp Favuzzi olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (540 ml each) white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 jar (480 ml) Favuzzi tomato sauce – Basil & Pecorino
- ½ cup (125 ml) water (or broth of your choice)
- 2 tsp Favuzzi Tuscan seasoning
To serve
- Toasted bread
- Grated Parmesan
- Fresh parsley or basil
- A drizzle of olive oil

Steps of preparation
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the white beans, tomato sauce, water (or broth), and seasoning.
- Stir gently.
- Let simmer over low heat for 12 to 15 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beans well.
- Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil, Parmesan, and toasted bread for dipping.
