Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients needed

  • 2 bunches of thin asparagus spears, trimmed

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp garlic gowder,

  • 1 tsp dried parsley 

  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional) 

  • 4-5 tbsp olive oil

  • Drizzle of Favuzzi Divine Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (Special Occasion), to top

  • ¼ block of feta, crumbled, to top

Steps of preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. 
  3. Place asparagus on a lined tray and coat in seasonings. 
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes. 
  5. Let cool slightly, then drizzle with Favuzzi Divine Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (Special Occasion) and crumble the feta before serving.
