  • 60 ml (¼ cup) mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Favuzzi Hot chili spread
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • A drizzle of Favuzzi Coratina olive oil
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) toasted pine nuts

Steps of preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, garlic, hot pepper paste, and a drizzle of olive oil until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a serving plate. Gently place the fish slices on top.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, then sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
