  • 3 canned artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 small bunch fresh basil
  • 120 ml (½ cup) pistachios
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) Favuzzi Coratina olive oil
  • 1 burrata ball
  • Chopped pistachios, for garnish

Steps of preparation

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the artichoke hearts, pistachios, basil, and olive oil. Blend until smooth, while still keeping a slightly grainy texture. Season to taste.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a serving plate. Gently place the burrata in the center.
  3. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped pistachios, and a few fresh basil leaves.
  4. Serve with toasted bread or focaccia.
