- 3 canned artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 small bunch fresh basil
- 120 ml (½ cup) pistachios
- 60 ml (¼ cup) Favuzzi Coratina olive oil
- 1 burrata ball
- Chopped pistachios, for garnish

Steps of preparation
- In a blender or food processor, combine the artichoke hearts, pistachios, basil, and olive oil. Blend until smooth, while still keeping a slightly grainy texture. Season to taste.
- Spread the mixture onto a serving plate. Gently place the burrata in the center.
- Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped pistachios, and a few fresh basil leaves.
- Serve with toasted bread or focaccia.
