Focaccia Bites with Goat Brie, Prosciutto & Fig Jam

Ingredients needed

  • 2 Favuzzi Hot Pepper Crispy Focaccia Sticks, cut into 4 pieces each
  • 80 g goat milk brie, cut into small pieces
  • 60 g prosciutto di Parma, torn into small portions
  • 40 g Favuzzi White Fig Extra Jam
  • 30 ml Favuzzi Lemon Black Olive Tapenade
  • 8 Favuzzi Aperitif Caperberries, drained
  • 10 ml Favuzzi Moderate Intensity Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional), for garnish

Steps of preparation

  1. Cut each focaccia stick into 4 equal pieces to obtain 8 small bites.
  2. Spread a small amount of Favuzzi Lemon Black Olive Tapenade onto each piece.
  3. Top with a piece of goat milk brie.
  4. Add a small portion of prosciutto di Parma, gently folding it.
  5. Spoon a small amount of Favuzzi White Fig Extra Jam over each bite.
  6. Finish with 1 caperberry per piece and a light drizzle of olive oil.

Serving

  1. Arrange the bites on a serving plate and serve immediately.
  2. These are best enjoyed as an amuse-bouche or alongside a glass of wine for an elevated aperitif moment.
