Ingredients needed
- 1 cup of vanilla ice cream (approx 2 scoops using an ice cream scooper)
- 1⁄4 cup of Favuzzi Ground Espresso Dolce Vita
- 1⁄3 cup crushed pistachio
- 2 tbsp Favuzzi pistachio cream

Steps of preparation
- In a small plate, add Favuzzi pistachio cream in a circular form.
- Rim your choice of cup with the pistachio cream, set aside.
- To another small plate, add crushed pistachios and rim the same cup with them, set aside.
- Add vanilla ice cream scoops to the same cup, and set aside.
- To another cup, brew your espresso.
- Top off the ice cream with the espresso.
- Garnish with additional crushed pistachios and enjoy immediately.
